K... so, an observation; There is really nothing quite so amazingly disgusting looking as the guts of a over-ripe-FROZEN-then-microwave-thawed banana. Period.
Turn the oven on to 350...
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup veg oil
add 2 beaten eggs
add 3 smallish smooshed overripe bananas (or two big ones)
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
Mix with wet stuff...
1/4 cup orange juice
1 cup blueberries (We freeze a bucket of blueberries each season)
Stir it all up and pour in two loaf pans (or you can use a muffin pan...)
and bake at 350 for about an hour... often less depending on the size of the pan, so use the ol'toothpick test to check 'em
I usually cover the pans in foil for the last 15 minutes... cooking the middle well and not burning the edges.
