What a dark and dismal day around here... cold and wanting to rain. This is basically how i feel today. My brain pan still feels like crap - a little advil and a couple of days and I might even get talkative again.

I am reserving a small but significant part of myself to be concerned and caring for my friends Tracy and Emily... I hope things are ok and if they suck then I hope, with all my heart (or at least the part I'm keeping reserved for you guys) that they get better soon. My thoughts are with you.
