This bad boy is three layers of chocolat. The first two are seperated with a butter cream filling loaded with crushed "Wurther's Original Chocolates" - sorta crushed Skor bars. The second two layers are seperated with a chocolate cream and fresh "unset" strawberry jam stuff... The icing is belgian chocolate butter cream, fresh berry's and white chocolate shavings...

It's my moms birthday cake.
