Friday, July 16

K... wake up, and quietly slide through my morning routine...
sleeping monkeys everywhere...
make my lunch... have breakfast...
get my stuff ready... then hit the shower.

They were all about "storms this morning" on the radio...
I could see big wind kicking out the bathroom window.

Alas (earwax)... all that happened was that the day got sunny, beautiful and hot... all day... non-stop.

~ skinnies... blue shirt... :)
~ busy day! Finished data (interview) reviews, transcription, etc... for the florida guys...
~ great upper bod gym zone for lunch...
~ bought a salad from a shwarma thing near the gym... big 'fatush' (sp?) salad... totally yummi.
~ got home from work to wrap up zee's birthday prezzies... getting the kids cards sorted... (suzy got an ipod touch for her birthday)
~ out for dinner to mongolian grill with the family to be celebrius... :)
~ and home again to relax with the glory that is a friday night! (so love the feel of a friday night :D)
~ this outstanding ab pain eases up soon... (lol... clearly yesterday gym thing went well.)

Birthday moment...
A very happy birthday to my darling Zee. :)
I've made that wish twenty five times...
and my wish for your happiness
your enjoyment of life
becomes more deeply felt and beautifuly experienced
every single time I get this chance.
I love you baby. :)

Dear United Nations:
The talking heads are saying you're a little off-put about Canada's intention to (and I quote) "pull their troops out before the war is over."
While a significant proportion of my mind leans toward the "bite me" vibe...
There's another part that is shockingly concerned about the idea that somebody, somewhere, thinks ... actually believes the war will actually end.

good things come to those who wait.
just say'en...

do do do your dirty words come out to play when you are hurt,
there’s certain things that should be left unsaid
(la roux)

Live it up... it's the weekend.:)
see ya.
