Forgetting all about the whole concept of seasons, and the tropics of cancer and capricorn...
Today is absolutely the last day of summer.
School begins tomorrow, and "summer" is the word we use to refer to that time... when there is no school.
So if there's school... then make no mistake, summer is officially done.
Put a fork in it. :)
I got up at 6:MF'en30.
Why?
Because Ed wanted to do a dry run of tomorrow.
So he's asleep on the sofa beside me... dressed.
Actually his legs are draped across my lap... I'm leaning over his legs to reach the keyboard of the laptop. :)
Ok, wait... now I have the laptop on his legs. :)
Poor guy. He was up for an hour there... but my flicking around on the tv to various Gustov moments.
Oh, and my fav was CNN anchor dude handing over to some woman disguised as an orange-road-work-pilon that seemed to be yelling unintelligibly into a microphone.
Anderson Cooper looks like an wooden-match (what we call an "EB Eddy Match" in canada) in his red rain gear.

ps. I had to put a little pillow under the laptop... because the six million degree "laptop bottom" was melting the flesh from his shins.

I guess in anticipation of the new show coming out, their running a marathon.
This episode seems to be from the last season.
Holy reminder that this show was nothing but non-stop depression for the last couple of years. ack!!!
