ever I go there, I end up all like "wtf" over pretty much a
gagillion people's attitudes - of going to the LJ News page
last week and reading their update about "after the first
100 days". There were all these comments going to it about
"ahhhh waaaaa" and "cry cry cry cry" over some pretty
much meaningless changes being made to the way FREE
STUFF was being given out. I made the only comment
that seemed to make sense... "Um... Livejournal is a
business... it always has been. What is the big deal?"
Now I am still seeing an endless stream of comments
over the source post and even over the post LJ made in
News to try and calm things down.
Seriously... what is the big deal? Am I missing something?
Why do people feel as though it's wrong for LJ to manage
their affairs like a business and recover the costs they
incur in providing - let alone upgrading - services?
