Kay, look.... That finger is for the Canadian Government's Military Spokesmonkeys (CGMS) and the total line of pathetic, smelly, somethings-gone-off-in-the-fridge, commentary that spew every time another Canadian gets blown up, hacked up, shot-up and ... dead, in Afghanistan. They come on the radio, the TV, and in the Newspaper to comment with something like "We can only hope their memory is honored by the continuation of the good work they started." or some sickening rot like that. Needless to say, the radio reports that another Canadian soldier is coming home in a bag.
They are turning our dead soldiers into "Ain't War Great" advertisements, and simultaneously using their dead selves to attack public opinion with a trumped up moral posture.
Well I say F U C K Y O U !!
If canada (and the rest of the world) pulls out of Afghanistan tomorrow, there will be a civil war, Iran will intrude, the Taliban will gain strength and the "Oh, you actually do still live in mud huts" value system among the population on the planets geographic sphincter will once again turn to oppression and anti-western counter culture.
If we all stay there for six more years, kill hundreds of thousands of locals, and have our soldiers die by the bus load... then leave... there will be a civil war, Iran will intrude, the Taliban will gain strength and the "Oh, you actually do still live in mud huts" value system among the population on the planets geographic sphincter will once again turn to oppression and anti-western counter culture.
