Exactly why is it that there are not millions more people hosting torrent bits so I can have faster downloads?

well. Ok, not really.
But I mean... 6.8 kb/s is frigging killing me.

question: anyone got a clue as to a faster torrent for Doc Who S02-E06 (The Age of Steel)?
(or is "more seeders" the right way to phrase that?)
