On the matter of the cake...
Some questions asked...
Some answers here.

The cake:
boring. Just used a box cake french vanilla.
Baked in two 9 inch round pans (I use parchment paper for easy out!)
Cut each round cake with a bread knife to make four layers.

Between each layer;
Simple white icing... two cups icing sugar, 1/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup soft butter, 1 tsp vanilla, stir and whip with electric beater!!!
spread some icing... then "press" enough chocolate wafers to cover it...
put the next layer on top...
spread some icing... then "press" enough chocolate wafers to cover it...
repeat...

Then the top!
In a double boiler, melt 1/4 cup of butter,
6 large marshmellows
and 1/3 cup of white chocolate chips.
Stir this... constantly.
When it is a liquid, turn off the heat but leave on the double boiler.
Add in about a cup ... start with 1/2 cup and add up... of icing sugar.
It thickens to a warm gooo.

Pour over the cake... it drapes around the edges.
Fridge over night.

The wafer cookies turn all soft and become a "choco layer!!" (very yum).
