So I made this random-moment-of-thought post yesterday... except, without intending to, I made the post into
fortysomething. Man, I was sure wondering where the heck these other names were coming from... hahaha... So, just to close the circle, here is my random thought from yesterday;You know, it just occurred to me... that I've never met a Heather that I didn't like.
Or so it seems.
This occurred to me after introducing myself to this very tall... very silver/gray haired woman at work whom I have long felt had a tremendous aura (yes, I do that, sorry) and when she said her name was Heather... it just made perfect sense that she would be a heather. :)
Ok... on with today... it's another smoking gorgeous day... sunshine and plenty of heat. (I do NOT have AC in my shitty little car... so these are handily the most trying days of summer for "worker boy corto"). The kids have their last swimming lesson today... and it's "dress like a pirate" day at the swim camp... so there will be pictures. :D Monday morning is "Camps Canada Sports Camp" and both boys elected to do the "horse riding" camp... We'll see how Edward takes to the horses... :D
Last night was not stellar on the sleep zone... passed out on the sofa... woke up and up to bed at 2:00... then kids woke after a bit with frustrating requests and things were just not great for sleeping. Grrr! I was almost glad to get up. (almost... :D)

Afghanistan ... was once a nice place for terrorists to train... but screw that... way too many foreigners shooting people there for that any more...
North Korea? Crazy people in charge with big missiles. Great fun there...
Iran... really doesn't hold a great deal of love for Jews, Israel and America... and don't they want to make a nuke?
Israel... open warfare with ... basically everybody... but mostly Lebanon
Syria... quietly supporting all kinds of trouble... hell, Bin Laden prol'y has a summer home there...
... and every time you look into these issues... you find George Bush. bummer.
Honestly... how far away from a world war are we anyways?
Toss in a couple of Slavic language countries and we're ready for the big one.
Dear World Leaders;
I don't think you guys know what "world leaders" actually means... if you ever did.
You have all done a great job of proving to all us little people that you have no idea what the hell you're doing.
Please resign and let somebody else run things... because you've screwed things up enough.
