yes... I do have a) very white legs... being a white guy... this should not come as any great surprise... b) they (the ankles) are, indeed, rather skinny... and c) overall... I do not have Apollo's legs. I'm good with that. :D
Sunny one minute... cloudy the next... windy like mad, but humid? Ah well... Weather in Ottawa is never normal.
It's the middle day... Sunday on a long weekend. Feels like Saturday, Acts like Saturday. I definitely need groceries and maybe a trip to the skateboard shop... not sure but I'm still thinking about a new deck...

A family of racers... except for "no legs daddy"...
We fete'ed my mom's b-day at my SIL's house... the girl with a pool... and we all spent the afternoon enjoying her breezy porch, pool and munchies... I made a cake and I made a scratch pizza... (both were yummi!!)
My bro and my BIL fixed my SIL's ceiling fan... (lots of acronyms eh... ah well...)
And while the old folks chatted on the porch ... it turned into WoW time for the kids...
We headed home... and turned around to go see the fireworks and totally lucked out... parked, got our gear... climbed up the embankment and PRESTO the fireworks were starting... (no beastly long walk to the packed-with-people-tobaggan-hill). We set ourselves down and enjoyed the show. We went over to the fair and had a few rides... but the rain was building up and by the time we got home... it was a torrential downpour. I do believe the fireworks people got wind of the impending rain and set 'em off a bit early (which was plenty find-by-us. :D)
