plan: within the next week I have to "incorporate" and contract an accountant.
reason: we paid so much tax last year it's crazy... and we could have avoided a lot of it by cycling it through a company.
plus: i really really really need a new car. besides it wanting another 1000 worth of general maintenance... the floor board appears to have rusted through and it's SOAKING WET all the time - well, when it rains ... and it's been raining for days...
so: if I have a corporation, the company can lease a car and I can expense every red cent of it against the company. And dude... it'll be a better car than the dying honda civic I have now. It wont be anything fancy... super gas efficiency is the key for me... yaris, or honda civic... but not 10 years old.

Now... if you love me... buy me a new 13" "mac book" [ :: see it here :: ]
I would like one in black please. :)
