long evening.

spent from 7:30 to... forever... with the Agent (aka moneybags).
We're all signed up and running.
They (moneybags) will be here tomorrow with designers, and then a team on Saturday to move our furniture, move some out and store it, bring in art, and stuff and basically ... remake the parts of our house they figure need fixen.
Sign on the lawn (in the snowbank) on the 7th.
gah!
