Screen resolution question:

I'm using a recent download of Vector Linux.

It's quite slick.

I'm using it on an older Toshiba laptop and I selected 800x600 at 24 bit depth for the screen questions.
However, the resulting screen is a small interface in the middle of the lap top monitor.

How can I reconfigure the screen options?

I keep looking for an X11 config program but I'm not finding it.
