I made a purchase at discount store near our offices last week...
totally not paying attention, I just plugged in my card,
punched my codes and wandered away.
Z was reviewing our bank transactions and came
across a $66 dollar trans at that store...
and I'm like... wtf? I bought $13 worth of stuff...
Do I have the receipt? nope...
So I go back to their store and see the manager.
I show him a print of our bank transactions...
he logs into their terminal and pulls up a history of
my cards purchases...
compares it to a record of the cash receipts and
shows that the $66 was totally not the sort of thing I purchase...
This jives with my story... so they refund my money.
