I believe in freedom of religion, and my right to live free from the influence of those religions.

I believe in property taxes and user fees for social services... and massive reductions in income tax.

I believe that parents should be held accountable for the actions of their young children.

I believe that there is no defensible reason for average city dwelling citizens to legally own any type of firearm save modest allowances for air riffles (ie. paint ball guns) - and even those should be controlled.

I believe that marijuana use should not be a criminal offense and that the cultivation of it should become a legal, if controlled, cash crop for farmers.

I believe that not-guilty-by-reason-of-insanity is a pathetic excuse for not punishing a criminal.

I believe that people that hear god are cool, and that if god tells them they should harm someone, they are pathetic losers - see previous belief.

I believe that rock and roll will never die.

I believe that western civilization has missed the boat on the process of educating children and that the education system supporting that effort is so grossly under funded it defies objective calculation.

I believe in economic Darwinism, yet find myself questioning this belief in the face of ever increasing social failures to provide a reasonable and healthy existence for citizens.
