Hi... :)
A brevity of steps, as a way of life, takes you to far more places than a gluttony of aimless motion.
~ once you have that down, the goal becomes ensuring you put a little quality into those steps.
I listened to my little Alma last night... and iced sore ankle... raised sore ankle and wrapped sore ankle... it's marginally better today. :D

So loads and loads of friends are trying to dig out... freaking snow. It's cold (like 24 below and with the stupid ass wind chill factor* it feels like 34 below).... it's damn cold... bare pavement only looks clear... Just talk to the dozen car owners standing forlorn beside their shattered vehicles that I saw as I drove to work.... poor slogs. But at least we don't have mounds of snow falling... however, I suppose we'll get ours as the week progresses. Good luck yo and don't hurt yer backs... it's not worth it... Remember... it will all melt in a few months. :)
