I woke up at 5:00 am with an incredible pain in my lower back... so I took a couple of robraxacet (sp?) and strapped a cold pack on my back and lay down on the sofa... woke up 2 hours later with a numb lower back but I had (omg) kinked my neck lying on the sofa... yikes!
