as promised... it's cheesecake o'rama time... with a little "here's what we had for dinner" thrown in for good measure...
So this is a no cook cheesecake...
~ a pan (I like sping-pans)
~ 2 bricks of cream cheese
~ whipping cream
~ graham crumbs
~ butter
~ some icing sugar
~ topping (I like cherry pie filling...)
Get a mixer... gotta have a mixer!!
Now make the crust...
1.5 - 2 cups of graham crumbs, 1/2 cup of butter (melted) and a few tblspoons of sugar)
Then pour it into your pan and press it down hard! (um... not too hard or it's a killer to cut with a fork)
Get mixen!!
Cut up the cheese and add a half cup of whipping cream... add about two tablespoons of icing sugar as your mixing... and watch out.. .it kinda tries to make a mess as it gets going...
Now pour it over the crust...
Then put the result in the fridge to cool and set for a bit... mine didn't set too well because I used too much whip cream...
Then spoon on the pie filling later... and back in the fridge till it's time to eat...
And EAT BAYBEE... yum!
Now... just for good measure... dinner was awsome!!!!
